GROVE CITY, OH – A lucky Grove City resident is celebrating a $20,000 windfall after winning on the Ohio Lottery’s VIP Millions scratch-off game.

The winning ticket was purchased at Kroger #519, located at 1585 Georgesville Road in Columbus. After state and federal taxes totaling 27.125%, the winner will take home $14,575.

VIP Millions is a $50 scratch-off game offering top prizes of $40,000 a year for 25 years. As of Wednesday, 19 of those top prizes remain available.

The Ohio Lottery continues to support education across the state, contributing over $34 billion to schools since 1974.
