Smashburger turns up the heat with new Scorchin’ winter menu, now available in Brick

BRICK, NJ – Smashburger, the fast-casual chain known for its signature smashed-to-order burgers, is spicing up the winter season with the launch of its new Scorchin’ menu, featuring bold, heat-packed versions of its most popular items. The limited-time lineup, available now at participating locations nationwide — including Smashburger in Brick — adds fiery new twists to the brand’s burgers, chicken, and hot dogs, along with expanded value options.

“At Smashburger, everything we do revolves around great taste, and our new Scorchin’ lineup delivers exactly that,” said Smashburger Founder Tom Ryan. “These creations bring the bold heat and flavor our guests expect — the ‘Burn with Benefits’ experience — by pairing our signature spices with the rich, satisfying flavor that defines Smashburger.”

Headlining the new offerings is the Scorchin’ Cheesy Mac Smash, featuring a Certified Angus Beef patty layered with American cheese, a crispy Scorchin’ cheesy mac patty, and spicy chipotle mayo on a butter-toasted bun. Joining it is the Scorchin’ Big Dog, made with a quarter-pound Angus hot dog topped with a smashed cheesy mac patty and chipotle mayo for an added crunch.

Other new items include the Scorchin’ Chicken Smash, a ground chicken burger seasoned with heat, topped with pepper jack cheese, pickles, and mayo, all served on a toasted butter bun. The menu also features Scorchin’ Fries, Scorchin’ Tots, Scorchin’ Chicken Tenders, and a Scorchin’ Cheesy Mac Cup, giving guests multiple ways to experience the brand’s newest flavor innovation.

“For us, taste is our competitive edge,” said Smashburger CEO Jim Sullivan. “The Scorchin’ lineup reflects our strategy to meet evolving guest expectations with flavor, quality, and value. We’re reclaiming our position as the flavor leader in fast casual and strengthening loyalty with every new menu launch.”

The brand is also expanding its $4.99 All-The-Time Value Menu, introducing the Scorchin’ Chicken Smash at an affordable price point. For those who prefer milder options, Cheesy Mac versions of select Scorchin’ items are also available, offering comfort without the extra heat.

Smashburger’s Scorchin’ winter menu is now available at participating locations nationwide, including Brick, NJ, for dine-in, takeout, and online orders.
