Subway Perv Sought in Clark Street Subway Station Shocking Incident

New York, NY – Police are asking for the public’s help in identifying a man wanted in connection with a sexual abuse case that occurred Tuesday afternoon on a northbound “2” train approaching the Clark Street subway station.

Investigators said that at approximately 12:33 p.m. on Sept. 30, a 21-year-old woman was approached by an unidentified man who was performing a lewd act while onboard the train. The suspect fled moments later, exiting and boarding a southbound “3” train. No injuries were reported.

The individual is described as a male with a dark complexion, black hair and glasses. He was last seen wearing a black polo shirt, black pants, gray sneakers and a black surgical mask.

The NYPD’s 84th Precinct and Transit District 30 are leading the investigation. Anyone with information is urged to contact police immediately.

Police say they will continue to track leads until the suspect is located.
