YORK, PA – Stephen Franklin Codori Jr., following an investigation, was charged with one count of Aggravated Assault connected to an incident that took place on Bryan Avenue on April 14.
The charge was officially filed against him on October 10.
A warrant for his arrest was subsequently issued on Wednesday.
On Friday, Codori Jr. was apprehended and taken into custody.
The location of the incident has been identified as Bryan Avenue, York, PA 17408.
