PHILADELPHIA – On Saturday, February 5, 2022, at approximately 9:05 pm, the victim, a 50-year-old-male, was crossing the 1800 block of South Christopher Columbus Blvd when he was struck by a possible gray Toyota pickup truck. An unknown witness called 911 when he saw a male laying on the highway and when police arrived on the scene the found the victim with a broken left leg and head trauma. The victim was transported to Jefferson Hospital by Medic where he later succumbed to his injuries.
