Suspects Wanted in Connection to North High Street Bar Assault

COLUMBUS, OH — Columbus Division of Police is seeking public assistance regarding a felony assault that took place on North High Street last Thursday.

At approximately 11:50 p.m., the victim and witnesses were leaving a bar when an argument occurred. According to police, the suspect struck the victim, causing him to fall and hit his head on the sidewalk. The victim remained unconscious for approximately two minutes.

The suspect was described as wearing a black t-shirt with a large decal on the back, blue jeans, and brown boots. Authorities urge anyone with information about the incident or the suspect’s identity to contact the Columbus Police Felony Assault Unit at 614-644-4141.

Anonymous tips can be submitted to Central Ohio Crime Stoppers at 614-461-TIPS. The investigation is ongoing.
