Dirt bike rider killed in deadly Baltimore crash on Liberty Heights Avenue
BALTIMORE, MD — A dirt bike rider was killed Tuesday night after crashing into an SUV along Liberty Heights Avenue in Northwest Baltimore, police said.
The fatal crash happened May 5 at about 8:49 p.m. in the 3000 block of Liberty Heights Avenue.
Northwest District officers arriving at the scene found a collision involving a dirt bike and an SUV.
Investigators said the 37-year-old male driver of the dirt bike was pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver of the SUV remained at the location following the crash, according to police.
Baltimore Police Crash Team investigators responded and took over the investigation.
Authorities have not yet released the identity of the victim.
