**Tampa, FL** – A U.S. District Court sentenced Cesar Augusto Romero Caballero of Colombia to 15 years in prison for conspiracy to distribute cocaine. Judge James Moody Jr. issued the sentence on Wednesday, following Romero Caballero’s guilty plea on April 8.

Kirby entered a guilty plea on January 22 to charges of second-degree rape and child sex trafficking. Following his release from prison, he will be subject to five years of post-release supervision and will be required to register as a sex offender.
The case is linked to crimes committed between February and December 2022, when Kirby initially connected with the 13-year-old victim through social networking platforms. Ansonia Man Faces Fentanyl Trafficking Charges

The arrest was announced by Marc H. Silverman, Acting U.S. Attorney for the District of Connecticut, and Stephen P. Belleau, Acting Special Agent in Charge of the DEA for New England, on Thursday.
Authorities allege that Graham was identified as a major distributor of fentanyl in Fairfield County by the Drug Enforcement Administration’s Bridgeport HIDTA Task Force and the Stamford Police Department. Myrtle Beach Man Given 10-Year Sentence for Drug Trafficking
**Conway, SC** – Jarrell Grant, a 50-year-old resident of Myrtle Beach, was sentenced on Monday for his involvement in a 2023 drug trafficking case. He pleaded guilty to multiple charges including trafficking cocaine; possession with intent to distribute crack cocaine and heroin; possession of a firearm by a convicted felon; and failure to stop for a blue light.
The case was prosecuted by Assistant Solicitor Brandon R. Lanier from the 15th Circuit Solicitor’s Office. Circuit Court Judge Alex Hyman sentenced Grant to 10 years in prison. The sentences for the charges reflect their nature, with some carrying penalties ranging from five to 30 years, making Grant ineligible for parole due to the serious and violent nature of the cocaine trafficking charge.
The charges originated from a search warrant executed at Grant’s residence following a drug trafficking investigation. Detectives discovered packaged narcotics and a firearm, the possession of which is illegal for Grant. After attempting to flee from authorities, he was eventually apprehended. His previous conviction for trafficking crack cocaine resulted in enhanced charges.
Assistant Solicitor Lanier acknowledged the efforts of the Myrtle Beach Police Department, particularly the
