According to the Garner Police Department, Brayner Eliezer Rodriguez, Jose Rodriguez-Palma, and Adner Rodriguez-Palma were arrested on January 5 and charged with felony larceny from a construction site, felony conspiracy, and second-degree trespass.

Court documents allege the men unlawfully entered a Ryan Homes construction site at 645 Paster Ridge Way and stole building materials or equipment without authorization. The suspects were taken into custody without a warrant and appeared before a Wake County magistrate, who issued a Magistrate’s Order for the charges.

All three men are awaiting bond, and the investigation remains ongoing. Police have not disclosed whether additional suspects or stolen items have been identified.
