Toms River offering Qigong classes to promote health and wellbeing this November

TOMS RIVER, N.J. – Residents looking to reduce stress and improve balance can take part in a new Qigong for Health & Vitality program being offered by Toms River Recreation in partnership with JS Associates Therapeutic Massage this November.

The four-week series will be held on Mondays, November 3, 10, 17, and 24, from 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at Youth Services, 1505 North Bay Avenue.

Participation costs $65 per person for the full series and is open to individuals ages 16 and older.
