Toms River, NJ – Early this morning, Toms River Police officers arrested Kristopher Fudali in connection with multiple vehicle burglaries and thefts. The incident occurred on July 24, 2024, at approximately 12:50 AM when officers responded to St. Regis Court following a report of a male suspect attempting to enter vehicles parked in driveways.

Upon arrival, officers began checking the area and Patrolman Pinto located the suspect seated in a vehicle parked on Feldmus Lane. The suspect fled on foot into the woods but was later apprehended in a retention basin. The suspect was identified as Kristopher Fudali, who was then arrested for multiple vehicle burglaries and theft.
