CECIL COUNTY, MD — Authorities are investigating a fatal mobile home fire that broke out late Wednesday night in Earleville, claiming the life of one resident, according to the Maryland State Fire Marshal’s Office.

At approximately 10:10 p.m. on April 16, thirty firefighters from the Cecilton Volunteer Fire Company and surrounding departments responded to a structure fire at 2 Kent Road. When crews arrived, they found the mobile home engulfed in flames.
