Victim found injured in suspect vehicle hours after emergency alert
Dover, NJ – Two people have been arrested and charged in connection with a violent kidnapping in Dover after an emergency SOS signal from a victim’s Apple Watch led police to a rapid rescue, authorities said.
The incident began the morning of March 19, when Dover Police received an emergency alert from the victim’s device. Officers conducted a welfare check at the victim’s residence but found them missing, with only their vehicle left behind.
