Two men injured in early morning shooting spree in Allegheny County

HOMESTEAD, PA — Allegheny County Police are investigating an early morning shooting that left two men injured in separate locations in Homestead and Munhall.

At approximately 1:23 a.m. on July 9, emergency dispatchers were alerted to a gunshot victim near West Street in Homestead. The adult male victim transported himself to a local hospital and is listed in stable condition.

Shortly after, a second adult male was found with a non-life-threatening gunshot wound in the 200 block of W Miller Avenue in Munhall. He was taken by EMS to a nearby hospital and is also in stable condition.

Detectives later determined the scene of the shooting was in the 1100 block of West Street in Homestead. The investigation is ongoing.
