Vehicle Collision Claims Womans Life in Monroeville

Monroeville, PA- The Allegheny County Police Department’s Homicide Unit and Collision Reconstruction Unit responded to a vehicle collision in Monroeville on Thursday.

The incident occurred at 11:58 PM on William Penn Highway’s 3700 block. A Nissan Pathfinder hit a Toyota Rav 4, each carrying two adult occupants.

All four individuals were transported to nearby hospitals. Three adults are reported to be in stable condition, while a female passenger from the Pathfinder was pronounced deceased.

Detectives have begun investigating the incident, with preliminary information indicating both vehicles were heading west when the impact occurred. Authorities urge anyone with information to call the County Police Tip Line at 1-833-ALL-TIPS, where calls can be made anonymously.
