Atlanta, GA – A Warner Robins resident is celebrating a life-changing win after claiming a $2 million top prize from the Georgia Lottery’s Big Georgia Raffle scratch-off game. The winning ticket was purchased at Hop In, located at 1104 Highway 96 in Kathleen, and the prize was officially claimed on February 3.
The jackpot marks one of the largest scratch-off wins reported so far this year in the state. The Georgia Lottery confirmed the win on February 5, noting that the lucky player’s prize came from one of its most popular high-tier scratcher games.
Other players across Georgia also scored big in early February. A Riverdale player took home $20,000 after playing the Disco Pig Diggi Game online, while a Surrency resident won $12,500 playing Keno! on the Georgia Lottery website. Both prizes were claimed between February 3 and February 4.
Since its inception, the Georgia Lottery has contributed billions to education programs throughout the state, with proceeds from all scratcher and digital games funding pre-K and college scholarship initiatives.
