TOMS RIVER, NJ – Weinberger Divorce & Family Law Group announced that five of its attorneys have been named to the 2026 edition of Best Lawyers in America, a peer-reviewed recognition honoring excellence in family law.

The honorees include partners Dianna C. Cavaliere, Robyn Howlett, Carmela Novi, and Rachel Partyka, who were each recognized for family law, along with Judge Philip Maenza (Ret.), recognized for family law mediation. In addition, Robyn Howlett earned the title of Lawyer of the Year in Family Law for the Toms River region.

Best Lawyers in America, one of the profession’s oldest peer-review publications, evaluates attorneys based on confidential assessments from colleagues. Recognition is given for professional expertise, ethical standards, and consistent client results.

Managing partner Bari Weinberger said the recognition reflects the “trust and respect” the firm’s attorneys have earned in the legal community. The announcement follows other honors for the firm this year, including being named a Best Law Firm for 2025 and having multiple attorneys listed as New Jersey Super Lawyers and Rising Stars.

Weinberger Divorce & Family Law Group, with offices across New Jersey, focuses exclusively on family law matters, including divorce, custody, and mediation.
