White Turkey Deli dishes out $30K in surprise lottery hit

NEW MILFORD, CT — A Connecticut Lottery player has won a $30,000 prize on the 30X Cash 10th Edition scratch-off game, according to official lottery results posted on May 22.

The winning ticket was sold at White Turkey Deli in Brookfield and was claimed by a resident of New Milford. The 30X Cash series is a popular $5 scratch-off game in Connecticut that offers multiple top-tier prize levels.

The identity of the winner has not been publicly released. Connecticut Lottery winners have up to 180 days to claim their prizes and can choose whether or not to be identified.

This win adds to a recent string of high-dollar scratch-off prizes across the state.
