QUEENS, N.Y. — Two men used a stun gun to assault and rob a man of more than half a million dollars in jewelry Wednesday morning in a brazen daylight attack in Queens, police said.

At approximately 10:10 a.m. on July 23, a 39-year-old man was walking to his vehicle near 73rd Avenue and 180th Street when he was approached by two unidentified individuals. One of the suspects discharged a stun gun at the victim before throwing him to the ground, according to the NYPD.

The victim suffered a laceration and bruising to his wrist and neck. He was transported in stable condition by EMS to New York-Presbyterian Queens Hospital.
