by Breaking Local News Report

BERKSHIRE, MA — David Stypa, a New York resident, was arraigned on serious charges involving a minor in the Central Berkshire District Court on Friday. Stypa faces charges of enticement for sex with a child under 16, two counts of disseminating obscene material to a minor, and an attempt to commit a crime.

The arrest occurred on Thursday after authorities investigated Stypa’s online activities. It was revealed that he had been engaging in inappropriate communications with a minor via online platforms. At the time of his arrest, he was allegedly en route to meet the minor in Pittsfield.

During the arraignment, Judge Tyne set a substantial cash bail of $100,000. The case has drawn significant attention due to the severity of the allegations and the ongoing efforts to protect minors from online exploitation.
