Man Stabbed on Allegheny Avenue, Investigation Ongoing

Philadelphia, PA — A 39-year-old man was stabbed early Sunday morning in the 24th District.

The incident occurred at approximately 4:44 AM on the 400 block of E. Allegheny Avenue. The victim, who sustained a stab wound to the left shoulder, managed to walk to St. Christopher’s Hospital. He was later transferred to Temple University Hospital by a private ambulance.

No crime scene has been located, and no arrests have been made. No weapons have been recovered.

East Detectives are continuing to investigate the case.
