Rockland County, NY – District Attorney Tom Walsh and Chief Assistant District Attorney Patrick Frawley convened with the Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) New York team on Friday. The meeting included HSI Special Agent in Charge William S. Walker and his senior leadership team.
