ANNE ARUNDEL COUNTY, Md. — Traffic on MD Route 32 westbound near Telegraph Road has resumed following a temporary closure caused by a motor vehicle collision, according to the Anne Arundel County Police Department.

The roadway was shut down earlier on Wednesday for investigators to examine the scene of the crash, prompting officials to warn motorists to expect delays and use alternate routes.

Authorities did not release details about the collision, including the number of vehicles involved or whether there were injuries.

The police department announced the reopening of the roadway approximately two hours after the initial closure.

The investigation into the collision is now complete, officials said.
