Police investigate double shooting at Silver Spring apartment complex

SILVER SPRING, Md. — Detectives are investigating a double shooting that left two men injured at an apartment complex on University Boulevard West, the Montgomery County Department of Police announced Thursday.

Officers responded to the Warwick Apartments in the 1130 block of University Boulevard West around 3:30 p.m. on January 17 after reports of gunfire.

Upon arrival, police found two adult male victims suffering from gunshot wounds. Both were transported to area hospitals with non-life-threatening injuries.

Authorities have not identified a suspect, and no arrests have been made.

A reward of up to $10,000 is being offered for information leading to an arrest as police continue
