Teen shot in leg outside Brooklyn building as gunmen flee

BROOKLYN, NY — A 17-year-old male was shot in the left leg Tuesday morning in front of 333 Thomas S. Boyland Street, police said.

The shooting occurred at approximately 10:20 a.m. The victim was transported by EMS to Brookdale Hospital Medical Center in stable condition.

The individuals involved in the shooting fled the scene on foot in an unknown direction. No arrests have been made.

Police have not released further details about the suspects or the motive behind the shooting.

Authorities are investigating the incident as gun violence continues to affect the area.
