Dc cops hunt burglary suspect after pennsylvania avenue break-in

WASHINGTON, DC – A burglary investigation is underway after a suspect broke into a Southeast DC establishment, and police are asking for the public’s help in identifying the individual caught on camera.

The incident occurred on March 27, 2025, in the 1200 block of Pennsylvania Avenue, SE. Surveillance footage captured images of the suspect during the break-in, according to the Metropolitan Police Department.

Authorities have not released further details about what was taken or the time of the burglary.

The case remains open, and detectives are urging anyone who can identify the suspect or has information about the crime to call (202) 727-9099 or text tips anonymously to 50411.
