Evesham police join annual Blessing of the Pets ceremony

EVESHAM, NJ – Officers from the Evesham Township Police Department joined local residents Saturday for the Annual Blessing of the Pets, an event hosted by K9 Basics Dog Training through its Semper Fido program. The gathering celebrated the bond between people and their animals, honoring pets that serve as companions, helpers, and therapy partners.

Police Chaplain Lory Ryan led the ceremony and delivered a special blessing to K9 Chief, recognizing the department’s canine for his role in community service and public safety.
