Jackson mayor invites families to annual Safe Trick-or-Treat event at Town Hall

JACKSON, N.J. – Mayor Jennifer L. Kuhn is inviting families to celebrate Halloween safely at the annual Mayor’s Safe Trick-or-Treat event, set for Thursday, October 30 at Jackson Town Hall, 95 West Veterans Highway.

The family-friendly celebration runs from 3:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. and will feature trick-or-treating, hay rides, music, games, and appearances by local first responders.

The event is presented by Jackson Township Recreation and designed to give children a fun and secure place to enjoy Halloween activities.

The event begins with Town Hall Trick-or-Treating from 3:30 to 4:30 p.m., followed by a Clean Communities Pumpkin Patch and Painting from 4:30 to 6 p.m. The Bubble Witch performance will run from 6 to 7 p.m., along with hay rides, a costume contest, and music by DJ J Pro throughout the evening.

Children and parents will have a chance to visit displays from Jackson Fire, Police, and Public Works departments, all participating to promote community safety and awareness.
