BRONX, N.Y. – A 34-year-old woman was injured Tuesday evening after two individuals on a bicycle allegedly snatched a necklace valued at $2,000 from her neck in front of 870 Southern Boulevard.
The incident occurred around 5:15 p.m. when the suspects approached the victim from behind.
Both individuals fled eastbound on Tiffany Street after the theft.

Victim suffered minor injuries
According to police, the victim attempted to chase the suspects but fell during the pursuit, sustaining minor injuries. She did not require hospitalization. Officers responded to the scene shortly after receiving the report.
Suspects sought by investigators
Authorities described the two suspects as males with dark complexions. The first was last seen wearing a black jacket, black pants, and gray shoes. The second was described as wearing a dark blue jacket, gray hat, dark blue pants, and black shoes.
