Bronx, NY – A man was indicted after allegedly using his SUV to strike three women on East Tremont Avenue following a fight outside a bar.
The indictment followed a July 20 incident in which the vehicle was driven at high speed toward a group.
Two of the women suffered serious injuries.

The defendant was identified as James Dillon, 26, of Quincy Avenue, who was arraigned on attempted murder, assault, reckless endangerment, and related charges.
He remains held on bail and is due back in court on January 22.
According to the investigation, a fight broke out among several individuals outside a bar at 3233 East Tremont Avenue around 4:25 a.m.
Dillon allegedly entered a Mitsubishi SUV and struck two women standing in the street.
He then allegedly made a U-turn, drove onto the sidewalk, and struck a third woman, dragging her several yards before fleeing.
All three women were transported for treatment, with two sustaining significant injuries.
One victim suffered spinal and pelvic fractures and a shattered collarbone, requiring multiple surgeries.
Another victim experienced two brain bleeds and underwent surgery for three fractures in her left ankle.
Dillon was arraigned on multiple counts, including attempted murder in the second degree and first-degree assault.
Additional charges included attempted assault, reckless endangerment, and leaving the scene without reporting.
The charges were presented before Bronx Supreme Court.
The case remained under review as the victims continued receiving medical care.
