WASHINGTON, D.C.- President Donald J. Trump took swift and decisive action against Iranian Revolutionary Guard General Qasem Soleimani on Thursday by killing him in retaliation for an assault on the U.S. embassy in Baghdad, Iraq.

Today, even the far left of the Democrat party are hailing Trump’s attack that killed one of the most powerful leaders in Iran. He may want to “Impeach the Motherfxxxer”, but today Andy Kim couldn’t deny that Suliemani had to go.

“Suleimani was a murderer who has the blood of Americans and our allies on his hands. There is no doubt about that. But there is also no doubt that these strikes significantly heighten the risk to Americans living in the region including our military and diplomatic presence,” Kim said. “The potential for severe retaliation from Iran and Iranian-backed forces is very real, and decisions made during the coming hours and days will determine whether we see the threat of a greater regional war in the Middle East realized.”

Kim who served officially as a “note-taker” during Obama’s administration during the prolonged wars in Iraq and Afghanistan served during a time that saw the rise of ISIS. Kim claims to have been a top-level adviser to General David Petraeus, but that claim has never been solidly confirmed. Kim did work on the general’s staff, but the scope of his involvement continues to remain uncertain.

“We need to ensure the safety of Americans in the region and to take every measure to avoid the outbreak of war,” Kim said.
