ATLANTIC CITY, NJ – Bobby’s Burgers by Bobby Flay is bringing a taste of Italy to its menu this winter with the debut of its new Little Italy Burger and Rocky Road Milkshake, two limited-time offerings available nationwide through February 28.

The seasonal menu, inspired by Bobby Flay’s culinary travels across Italy, highlights the chef’s signature approach to bold, ingredient-driven cooking. The Little Italy Burger features a Certified Angus Beef patty topped with mozzarella, spicy tomato sauce, parmesan, and arugula — a combination that blends classic Italian flavors with Bobby’s signature American burger craftsmanship. Guests can also opt for a grilled chicken version of the dish.

“Every time I travel through Italy, I’m reminded how powerful thoughtful cooking can be,” said Flay. “With this lineup, I wanted to bring those influences forward with ingredients and flavors that speak for themselves. It’s food that feels connected to the places and moments that inspired it.”

Alongside the burger, the Rocky Road Milkshake offers a rich chocolate base blended with almonds, marshmallows, and topped with chocolate flakes — a creamy dessert designed to complement the savory flavors of the seasonal burger.

Brand President Michael McGill said the new items bring Flay’s global influences into a format that remains true to the brand. “The Little Italy Burger transports guests to the streets of Italy through flavors that have been a mainstay in Bobby’s wheelhouse of inspiration,” McGill said. “The Rocky Road Milkshake is Bobby’s take on a classic flavor combination that will surely excite fans who crave something sweeter.”

Both items are available for a limited time at participating Bobby’s Burgers by Bobby Flay locations nationwide.
