Man Sought After Teen Girl Groped From Behind on Queens Street, NYPD Says

Queens, NY — Police are searching for a man accused of grabbing a 13-year-old girl from behind before fleeing on foot in a Queens neighborhood during the morning hours of May 28.

The incident occurred at approximately 7:43 a.m. Thursday near 212 Street and 92 Avenue within the confines of the NYPD’s 105th Precinct, according to information released by NYPD Crimestoppers.

Investigators said the teenage victim was walking in the area when an unidentified individual approached her from behind and forcibly touched her.

Suspect Fled South on 212 Street

According to police, the suspect grabbed the girl’s buttocks before immediately running from the scene.

Authorities said the individual fled on foot, traveling southbound on 212 Street after the incident.

No injuries were reported, and police have not released additional information about the suspect.

NYPD Requests Public’s Help

The NYPD is asking anyone who may have witnessed the incident or recognizes the suspect to come forward.

The case remains under investigation by detectives assigned to the 105th Precinct.
