Cumberland, MD — A Cumberland woman faces assault charges after police said a reported attack left a victim injured Saturday morning at a residence on Virginia Avenue.
Officers with the Cumberland Police Department responded at approximately 7:36 a.m. Saturday to the 200 block of Virginia Avenue following a report of an assault. Upon arrival, police contacted the alleged victim, who reported being assaulted by 21-year-old Naomi Jean Manges of Cumberland.
Victim Reported Injuries
According to the Cumberland Police Department, officers observed injuries on the victim while investigating the incident.
