A 31-year-old Honduran citizen is being held without bail in the Ocean County Jail while facing multiple aggravated assault, weapons, and terroristic threat charges, according to jail records.

Toms River, NJ – Pedro Javier Caceres-Garcia was committed to the Ocean County Jail on Thursday and is being held on several pending criminal cases involving aggravated assault, weapons offenses, and an alleged threat to kill, according to the Ocean County Jail inmate database.

Jail records show Caceres-Garcia, 31, was booked into the county’s main correctional facility on June 25. He is listed as a citizen and native of Honduras, and no projected release date has been posted.

Multiple felony charges pending

According to the inmate roster, Caceres-Garcia is charged with aggravated assault causing serious bodily injury, aggravated assault by strangulation involving an alleged domestic violence victim, two counts of possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose, two counts of unlawful possession of a weapon, and making an alleged threat to kill.

ICE detainer and no-bail status
