A Take 5 player who bought a ticket at Morgan’s Grocery is holding a top-prize winner from Tuesday night’s drawing.

PENN YAN, NY — A lucky Take 5 player is holding a top-prize winning ticket after one of Tuesday evening’s winning tickets was sold at a Penn Yan grocery store, according to the New York Lottery.

The winning ticket for the Tuesday, July 14, Take 5 Evening drawing was sold at Morgan’s Grocery, located at 100 Hamilton Street in Penn Yan.

The ticket is worth $15,189.50.

Take 5 numbers are drawn from a field of one through 39. Drawings are held twice daily at 2:30 p.m. and 10:30 p.m.

Lottery draw game prizes may be claimed up to one year from the date of the drawing.

The New York Lottery said it contributed $3.6 billion during fiscal year 2025–2026 to benefit public schools across New York State.
