Western District officers responded to the 1500 block of West North Avenue at approximately 5:05 p.m. for a report of a man shot. Officers found an adult male with a non-life-threatening gunshot wound to his hand.
Police described the victim as uncooperative. Investigators said he may have been shot in the 1900 block of Greenmount Avenue before traveling to West North Avenue, where police were notified.
