Thomas was last seen in the area of Winterhaven Drive, Camden, DE, on May 14, 2020 at approximately 10:30 a.m. Thomas is 6’00” tall and 150 lbs. Attempts to locate or communicate with Thomas have been unsuccessful and there is a true concern for his safety and welfare.
