African American Man” stands up to Karen breaking park rules, so she called the cops and lied

CENTRAL PARK, NYC – A woman who was violating Central Park rules with her dog off its leash outside of designated hours threatened called the New York Police Department on a passing man who asked her to please leash her dog.   The woman then told police “An African American Man is Threatening My Life”, as she choked and strangled her dog.  Here’s the video.
