BEAUMONT, CA – On January 28, 2021, at approximately 7:29 a.m., a resident contacted the Beaumont Police Department regarding mail theft that had occurred at the community mailboxes in the 500 block of Agnes Street. Surveillance cameras in the area spotted a 1990’s model Chevrolet S-10 pickup truck parked near the mailboxes. The driver was described as a Hispanic male adult, 25-35 years of age, 180 lbs., wearing a grey hooded sweatshirt, baseball cap worn backwards and dark pants. He exited the vehicle and was pictured breaking into the mailboxes and removing the mail. This case is still under investigation.
