A female passenger on American Airlines Flight 1774 from Dallas to Charlotte last week had to be duct-taped to her seat after suffering a mental breakdown during the flight. According to witnesses on the plane, she attempted to open the passenger cabin door while the plane was in the air.
Flight AA1774-A321 from DFW to CLT, on July 6 was in chaos,after a female passenger tried to open the door of the aircraft in midflight.
