Middletown boy hospitalized after being stabbed by brother

MIDDLETOWN, NJ – A boy from Middletown is recovering in stable condition in the hospital after being stabbed by his older brother police have reported. The Middletown police department did not release the names of the individuals involved and did not release any further information.
