Police Report Multiple Robberies in Franklin Township

FRANKLIN TWP, NJ – Police in Franklin Township reported multiple robberies that took place in town during the evening hours of July 9th and into July 10th.

A Staten Island resident reported the theft of his wallet from a business parking lot located on Easton Ave. The theft occurred during the evening hours of 07/09/22. The unknown suspect attempted to use credit cards contained within the wallet without success.

A business located on Elizabeth Ave. reported a burglary to their property. The suspects, described as a white male and white female, cut the fence and stole $200.00 worth of scrap metal from the property during the overnight hours.

A black male suspect shoplifted $6.00 worth of Red Bull from a business located on Rt. 27 during the evening hours. The suspect fled prior to police arrival.
