PLAINFIELD, IN – Police in Indiana are searching for a child who went missing yesterday and expending all available resources for her safe return.
Police have activated an Amber alert for Fiedwenya Fiefe.
“Our hearts and prayers are with Fiedwenya Fiefe and her family as we continue to search for her. Plainfield PD and Plainfield Fire Territory have been utilizing all available officers while working with state and local agencies to assist in the search,” police said. “We are using every resource that we have to include drones, rescue canines, watercraft, and off-road vehicles. While we have had to scale back our search due to the darkness we will continue searching throughout the night until morning when we can increase our saturation of the area. We will never stop searching for Fiedwenya until we find her.”
