MARIETTA, PA – Susquehanna Regional Police Department (SRPD) arrested Deane J Portner on Monday. After a prolonged investigation, SRPD charged Portner with two counts of indecent assault, one count of attempted indecent assault, and three counts of harassment.
The investigation suggests that the offences took place between September 4, 2021, and March 12, 2023. Portner is currently presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Detective Laurel Bair of SRPD invites anyone with additional information to contact the department.
