Staten Island, NY – An ongoing investigation has led authorities to rule the recent incident at 35 Holland Avenue as a homicide. The deceased has been identified as 63-year-old Anthony Williams of Staten Island.
On August 27, at approximately 12:40 p.m., police responded to a 911 call concerning a possibly aided male at the address. Officers found Williams unconscious, unresponsive, and with bodily trauma. EMS pronounced him dead at the scene.
The Office of the Chief Medical Examiner confirmed the cause of death, leading to the homicide investigation. There are currently no arrests, and the investigation continues.
