Amazon Delivery Vehicles Targeted in String of Robberies in Bushwick

BROOKLYN, NY – A series of burglaries involving Amazon delivery vehicles and a parking garage has been reported in the area governed by the 83rd Precinct, with police seeking information about the unidentified individuals.

On Thursday, July 13, around 4:10 PM, an unknown individual stole a scooter from a parking garage at 594 Bushwick Avenue.

On Tuesday, August 8, at about 2:30 PM, multiple packages were stolen from an Amazon delivery vehicle parked in front of 86 George Street.

On Wednesday, August 9, around 11:25 AM, another Amazon delivery vehicle was targeted, this time in front of 18 Jefferson Street, with multiple packages removed.

On Sunday, August 13, at approximately 10:30 AM, yet another Amazon vehicle was broken into in front of 123 Melrose Street, where packages were stolen.

On Saturday, August 19, around 4:00 PM, an Amazon delivery vehicle parked in front of 143 Jefferson Street was burglarized, and multiple packages were taken.
