Northeast D.C. Business Hit by Burglar

WASHINGTON, D.C. – The Seventh District of the D.C. Metro Police Department is requesting the public’s help identifying a suspect in a recent burglary.

The incident occurred in the early hours of Tuesday morning, around 2:45 a.m. The perpetrator broke a window to gain entry into a business located in the 700 block of H Street in Northeast D.C. After entering, the suspect proceeded to steal property before fleeing the scene.

The police are seeking information from anyone who may have knowledge about this burglary. Members of the public with any relevant information are advised not to confront the suspect but to contact the police at (202) 727-9099. Tips can also be sent anonymously via text to the Department’s TEXT TIP LINE at 50411.
