MANCHESTER, NJ – Colonial Drive will be closed from Huntington Drive to the Manchester EMS building on Thursday, January 4, from 8 a.m. until 4 p.m. due to utility work. This closure restricts access to the Manchester Municipal Complex and the Ocean County Library from State Highway Route 70. Motorists are advised to use State Highway 37 for accessing these locations. The Manchester Police issued this advisory to inform residents and commuters of the temporary traffic disruption and to ensure public safety during the utility work.
