FREEHOLD, NJ – A significant drug and weapons case has concluded with a guilty plea from Davidson Jules, a 42-year-old resident of Keansburg. The announcement was made by Monmouth County Prosecutor Raymond S. Santiago on Wednesday.
On Monday, Jules admitted guilt to possessing over 5 ounces of cocaine with intent to distribute and unlawful possession of a handgun before Honorable Christie Bevacqua, J.S.C. He now faces a 12-year sentence in New Jersey State Prison, with a minimum of 42 months before parole eligibility.
This guilty plea is the result of a cooperative investigation led by the Keansburg Police Department and the Monmouth County Prosecutor’s Office Bayshore Task Force in spring 2023.
Searches conducted at Jules’ residence and a storage unit yielded over 5 ounces of cocaine, heroin, methamphetamines, a firearm, and distribution paraphernalia.
The case is managed by Monmouth County Assistant Prosecutor Emily Cartmell, with Nikole Pezzullo, Esq., representing Jules.
